How about a relaxing massage to alleviate stress, acumulted tiredness, insomnia and muscular congestion?
A massage stimulates the muscular tissue and increases you blood circulation.
A skillfully given massage can help smoothe your nerves, recover your strength and help release/relieve the accumulated tension in you body and mind....
The sessions I propose last approximately one hour and ten minutes.
I use instrumental music, incense and other natural scents to help create the ideal ambiance to relax your mind and your body. I use the palm of the hand, fingertips, elbows and an optional vibrating electric massager.
I can go to your hotel or residence and I bring my professional massage table with towels, oils, incense, music CDs and my skilled technique.
